ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

 

Jamie began her artistic path by recieving her BFA at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Her concentration was in oil painting and figure drawing.

Soon after, she studied computer animation at the Vancouver Film School where she became a well-rounded CGI generalist. Although now, her main talent resides in texturing in the visual effects community.

From 2006, Jamie has worked for several company's such as Framestore and Digital Domain. She has become very skilled in the photo real technique of texturing human skin, full human characters, creatures, props, and environments.

Jamie now works and resides in Los Angeles. She has just finished working on the project 2012 at Digital Domain.
